For our Anniversary we took a trip to Glacier National Park. We left Spokane at about 8:00am on Friday, July 20, 2007. We arrived at the park at about 11:00am. We then headed into the park and had a picnic lunch on the shores of Lake McDonald. We then traveled up the "Going to the Sun Road." There were many spectacular views which you will be able to see in the slide show. We stayed in a little hotel. It was very rustic and fit right in with the atmosphere of the park setting. We arrived home Saturday afternoon to eat dinner with some family friends, The Postma Family, from Las Vegas, NV. They were from our church and started a church in Las Vegas, NV. I met the Postmas when I traveled with the trio. They are very sweet people and were doing a great work there in Las Vegas. What a small world!
