The Big News!!!!!! It's A Girl.
Well, the day finally arrived and for all of you who voted for the baby to be a boy I am excited to tell you that it is a girl. Her name is going to be Lindsey Renee. Yay! That is so exciting. I can't remember which one I voted for. I also love the name! SO pretty! Now, I can't wait to actually see her, meet her and hold her!! :+) We are so happy for you guys!
Wait, there's always the possibility that it could still be a boy, so don't get all pink yet. I'm really afraid if it is a girl your dad will surely make a tomboy out of her. Well, I guess you and Christa turned out fine, so I guess she will be fine too. Anyway, this is only the FIRST grandbaby and I'm sure between you and Christa there will be many more so surely there will be a baby boy somewhere down the road. I'm sure your mom is ecstatic and will have LOTS of fun buying out the stores!!! Congrats and keep us posted!

YEAH! I voted right! I don't think I have ever been right about what someone was having before. Oh, that is such a pretty name. I sure hope we can see her before she is too big. Amy, I am so happy for you and Jake. What a wonderful, fun time! In my opinion (which I know doesn't matter too much) I think baby girls are a lot more fun than baby boys. If you could only keep them babies forever. Of course, I enjoy all of my kids, but the baby stage for me has been more fun with girls. Well, God bless you guys and I pray that He will give you strength all the way through your pregnancy - it will be so well worth it when Lindsey is here! :)

PaPa Loves Lindsey! He is so excited to have another little girl in the family. He has already bought dresses, shoes, hats, sunglasses and a sweater!
